Return policy: You can return all or part of your order within 14 calendar days of receipt. We will exchange or give you a refund upon your request. Please email or call us for returns.
Coupon usage: Only one coupon is allowed per order. No order will be accepted with double or multiple coupons.
We reserve the right to refuse orders and we will reimburse the said customer. For example if a customer is shipping outside of the USA or a customer uses multiple coupons for only one order. We may also be out of a product or the shipping area is not serviced by the postal service.
We sell in all 50 States.
What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
$5,00 flat rate for online orders below $50. Free shipping over $50.00 Please check for occasional specials during the year when we have free shipping for any order.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.
How long will delivery take?
We ship orders same or next day. We ship by Priority mail ( example: 1 business day in California and up to 3 or 4 business days for the East Coast).
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
Totally secure. We do not view your credit card info.
What exactly happens after ordering?
We process your order within the same or next day. Usually the same day.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes. Every order receives an invoice by email. You will also receive a packing slip in the box with the order.
